  • Product features:

Photovoltaic cables are electron-beam crosslinked cables rated for a maximum operating temperature of 120℃. The materials used, which have undergone radiation-induced crosslinking, exhibit high mechanical strength. The crosslinking process alters the chemical structure of the polymer, transforming initially melt-processable thermoplastic materials into non-meltable elastomeric materials. Radiation-induced crosslinking significantly enhances the thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties of cable insulation materials, enabling these cables to withstand harsh climatic conditions and resist mechanical impacts in their application environments. According to the international standard IEC 216, the photovoltaic cables manufactured by our company have a service life in outdoor environments that is eight times longer than that of rubber cables and 32 times longer than that of PVC cables. These cables and components not only demonstrate excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, and ozone degradation but also can endure a much wider range of temperature fluctuations—from -40℃ to 125℃.

Photovoltaic cable

Photovoltaic cables are electron-beam crosslinked cables rated for a maximum temperature of 120℃. The materials used, which have undergone radiation-induced crosslinking, exhibit high mechanical strength. The crosslinking process alters the chemical structure of the polymer, transforming initially melt-processible thermoplastic materials into non-meltable elastomeric materials. Radiation-induced crosslinking significantly enhances the thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties of cable insulation materials.
