Product description:
Crosslinked polyethylene-insulated power cables not only exhibit excellent electrical performance, mechanical properties, resistance to thermal aging, tolerance to environmental stresses, and resistance to chemical corrosion, but also feature a simple structure, ease of use, no limitations on installation height differences, high long-term operating temperatures (up to 90 degrees Celsius), and large transmission capacities. Our crosslinked polyethylene-insulated power cable products include both flame-retardant and non-flame-retardant cables across the entire product range.
Scope of application:
System This product is suitable for transmitting electrical energy in power lines with an AC frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV (system voltage not exceeding 1.2 kV).
Occasion For indoor, cable trench, and direct-buried applications in industries such as metallurgy, power, and construction—where cables are fixed in locations that cannot withstand external mechanical forces.
Usage characteristics:
Rated voltage The rated voltage for power-frequency AC is 0.6/1 kV, and the operating voltage of the AC system should not exceed 1.2 kV.
Operating temperature The long-term permissible operating temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 90℃. During a short circuit, the temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃, and the duration shall not exceed 5 seconds.
Ambient temperature The operating ambient temperature of the cable shall not be lower than -10℃.
Digital set temperature During installation and laying, the temperature should not be lower than 0℃.
Bending radius Recommended bending: For single-core cables, the bending radius should not exceed 20D; for multi-core cables, the bending radius should not exceed 15D.
Product Application:
YJV cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable can be laid indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and pipelines, and can also be buried in loose soil. The cable is capable of withstanding a certain amount of tensile stress caused by radiation.
The YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene-insulated, steel-tape-armored, polyvinyl chloride-sheathed power cable is suitable for installation indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and direct burial underground. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces but cannot endure significant tensile stresses.
